Tips for invoices that get paid faster
- Number every invoice in order (INV-0001, INV-0002…). It keeps your records clean and looks professional.
- Put payment details in the notes: GCash, Maya or bank account, and the due date. The fewer questions clients need to ask, the sooner you're paid.
- Send quotations first for bigger jobs. Once the client agrees, switch the type to Invoice and change the number, and the rest stays the same.
- About BIR: this tool makes a clean billing document or quotation. If you are VAT- or percentage-tax-registered, you still need to issue BIR-registered official receipts or invoices. Ask your accountant which applies to you.
