How to read the plan
- Top and side views show each container or truck from above and from the side, with the doors on the right. Darker areas are stacked higher.
- Pieces never overlap or stick out. A carton only goes on top of others when at least 75% of its base is supported, and never on a carton marked "can't carry weight".
- Balanced means the weight's centre is close to the middle, which keeps trucks and container chassis safe on the road.
- Full or shared? Sea and rail shared loads (LCL) are charged per W/M: each cubic metre, or each tonne if heavier. Air uses 167 kg per cubic metre. The break-even tells you from how many pieces a full unit is cheaper.
- This is a planning guide. Real loading also depends on pallets, crush strength and how the cargo is braced, so confirm with your forwarder.
