Booking projects for Q4 2026

Hi, I'm RD Cruz. I build web systems that people actually use.

Full-stack developer, designer and digital marketer. For 10+ years I've designed, built, launched and maintained platforms for trade shows, non-profit organizations, businesses, event organizers, government programs, and creative communities, reaching more than 1,000,000 people.

01 — Services

One person, the whole stack.
From database to Facebook ad.

Main service

Web-Based Systems

Custom platforms built around how your team actually works: registrations, B2B matchmaking, booking, ticketing, CMSs, dashboards and member portals. I plan it, design it, code it, deploy it, and keep it running.

  • Laravel + Vue / Livewire / Filament
  • Multi-step registration & payments
  • Admin panels, roles & audit logs
  • Email notifications & reminders
  • Security hardening & maintenance
◐

Branding & Identity

Logos, palettes, type systems and brand kits that stay consistent from website to event booth.

✎

Graphics & UI Design

Social media assets, event visuals, email templates, landing pages and full UI/UX in Figma.

❝

Copywriting

Website copy, campaign messaging, emails and SEO meta that read like a person wrote them.

↗

Digital Marketing

Email campaign planning, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads and GA4 reporting that ties spend to results.

Project Management

I run several projects in parallel with clear timelines, weekly updates and launches that hit their dates.

Things I've shipped
and still keep alive.

03 — How we'd work together

No black boxes.
You see progress every week.

  1. 1

    Discover

We map your users, workflows and goals. You get a clear scope and timeline.

  2. 2

    Design

Wireframes, then UI in your brand. You click through the prototype before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Build

Weekly demos on a staging link. You give feedback while changes are still cheap.

  4. 4

    Launch

Deployment, QA, SEO, analytics and a launch campaign if you want the traffic.

  5. 5

    Maintain

Updates, security patches, backups and new features. I don't disappear after launch.

06 — About

A developer who also thinks about the brand, the message and the ad budget.

Most of my work has been for the Philippine trade promotion sector: exhibitor portals, buyer matchmaking, event kiosks, government websites and the campaigns that bring people to them. I usually handle a project from start to finish, from database design to the email that announces the launch.

If you need someone who can talk to stakeholders, design the UI, write the Laravel code and then run the Facebook ads, I can cover all of it.

Let's make something
useful.
